Why good sites still don't rank
Technical problems are quiet. The site looks fine to you and to your customers. Meanwhile Google may be skipping some of your pages, or reading the wrong version of them, or giving up on a phone because the page takes too long.
You can't see any of that by clicking around. It shows up in Search Console, in a crawl of the site, and in a speed test on a real phone - which is where we start.

- We sort what we find by how much it costs you, not by how long the list is
- We fix it - or, if someone else runs your site, hand them a plain list with exactly what to change
- We check Google picked up the fixes, then keep an eye on it as the site grows
