We started building tools because they didn't exist
We kept hitting the same wall: good, affordable software for small businesses just wasn't there. So we built it ourselves. Some of those tools are now licensed by other agencies.
Bridge tools: making two systems talk
Most businesses run two or three good tools that know nothing about each other. So someone re-types the same booking into the second one, and the day it gets missed, two vans go to the same job.
A bridge is a small piece of software that sits between them and keeps both sides honest. You keep the tools you already pay for. They just stop disagreeing. Here are three we have built.
HVAC company
We connected ZenBooker (online booking) to FieldEdge (dispatch and service software):
- A booking made online lands straight in dispatch
- A schedule change on either side updates the other
- No double bookings, and no re-typing
Church
We connected Vimeo (livestreamed services) to WordPress (the church website):
- Sunday's livestream becomes a post on its own
- The player and the details come across with it
- The sermon archive builds itself, week after week
Service business
We connected Email (everything in and out) to Square (invoicing and payments):
- Every message becomes a ticket, in one place
- Replies stay attached to the job they belong to
- The ticket carries through to the invoice

Can you make two systems we already use talk to each other?
Usually, yes. If both sides have a way in, we can build a bridge between them. You keep the tools you pay for and stop doing the double entry.
Do you build small projects, or only big ones?
Both. Some of our best work is a small tool that kills a spreadsheet.
