How We Work

Four steps. No mystery. Here's what really happens.

1. We talk

We start with what your business needs the site to do - not what pages it should have. Who are you trying to reach? What does a good lead look like? What hasn't worked before? The talk is free, and you owe us nothing after it.

2. We plan and build

You get a clear plan and a real price. Then we build - and you see progress the whole way, not a big reveal at the end. That way small fixes stay small. SEO goes in during the build, not bolted on after.

3. We launch - carefully

Launch is the scary part for most people, usually because of email. We map every record before anything moves. Email keeps flowing. And if we're replacing an old site, we redirect every old page first - so your Google rankings come with you.

4. We stick around

Most clients stay with us after launch - for hosting, care, SEO, or all three. The site keeps changing because your business keeps changing.

This is also where being local pays off. When something near the website comes up - printing, photos, signs, ads - we can usually point you to someone good. Tell us what you're trying to do. If it's not us, we probably know who.

Common questions

What does a project cost?

New website builds typically start at $2,200, and improving an existing site bills at $130 an hour. Bigger custom work gets its own quote. The first talk is free, and it ends with a real price.

How much of my time will this take?

Most of it is up front - the first talk, and gathering your words and photos. Once we're building, we need decisions, not hours.

Tell us what you need

The call is free. There's no pressure. And if we're not the right fit, we'll point you to someone who is.
