What we collect, and why
When you send the contact form, we get what you typed - your name, email, phone if you gave one, and your message. That goes to our email and into a private log on our server so a mail hiccup can never lose your enquiry. We use it to reply to you. That's it. The log also keeps a scrambled fingerprint of your address - the same irreversible kind our short links use - whose only job is stopping automated flooding of the form.
Our short links (the ones on our business cards and QR codes) count their own clicks. Those counts store a scrambled fingerprint of your address that we cannot reverse - we can tell "the same phone scanned this twice," but never who or where you are.
Like nearly every website, our server also keeps standard technical logs for security and troubleshooting.
Third-party tools we use
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit. It sets cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy. That data reaches us only as counts and trends - we never see it tied to your name.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that submissions come from people rather than spam bots. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts.
What we will never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information - to anyone, ever
- Sign you up for anything you didn't ask for
- Share your enquiry with anybody outside InnerSite Solutions
