When it looks right, they lock the design. You get the exact placement, size and effective DPI; they get a confirmation email.
Uploads are quarantined and served through token-gated links — customer artwork never sits at a public URL. And with the WooCommerce bridge, a locked design becomes a purchasable product in your existing checkout.

How the license works
Your key arrives by email within a minute or two, with the Pro download link.
Paste the key into DTF Mediums → Settings → Pro License and you're done. It checks in with our server about twice a day — and if our server is ever unreachable, Pro keeps working. We never punish you for our downtime.
On a monthly plan, cancelling simply drops the plugin back to the free tier — nothing breaks, and every design and upload stays put.
Common questions
What counts as a "product"?
A mockup your customers design on — a shirt, hoodie, cap, tote, or a vehicle panel. The free plugin gives you one with two print zones; Pro removes the limit.
Are my customers' files private?
Yes. Uploads are quarantined outside the public uploads folder and served only through expiring token links — there is no public URL to guess or share.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
The plugin drops back to the free tier at its next license check-in. Nothing is deleted — designs, uploads and settings all stay, and the free features keep working.
Can I move my license to a new site?
Yes. Deactivate on the old site and activate on the new one, or just email us and we'll move it for you. Developer plans cover five live sites on one key.
Do you install it for me?
If you host with us, yes — just ask. Otherwise it installs like any WordPress plugin: upload the zip, activate, and add your first product under DTF Mediums.
