The business
Jonnie's Sliders rents luxury cars. Sounds simple. It isn't. Availability changes all the time. A booking isn't real until a deposit is paid. And every lead needs to land in the CRM the business already uses.
What was wrong
The old site could show the cars — but it couldn't take a booking. Every visit ended with "contact us for availability." In the rental world, that's the biggest deal-killer there is. The real calendar lived somewhere the website couldn't see.
What we built
We built the site with Vinedentity, a CSRA firm that runs business systems and CRMs. They kept the client. We worked behind their brand.
No off-the-shelf booking tool fit, so we wrote one: a full car rental booking system. Stripe takes the payment. The calendar stays live. And every booking flows straight into the partner's CRM.
The technical detail
- Built as a real WordPress plugin, not theme code — so it survives redesigns
- Stripe handles deposits and full payments
- The site reads the live calendar — no double bookings
- A GoHighLevel hookup drops each booking into the CRM
The result
A rental site that takes real bookings instead of collecting emails. And a partner agency that delivered a feature it didn't have to build. One project — rentals, white-label work, and custom plugin building, all at once.
